We are a Township Mutual Insurance Company providing coverage to farms and homes since 1896.  Working with area independent agents, we cover the counties of Dakota, Dodge Goodhue, LeSueur, Olmsted, Rice, Scott, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca and Washington Counties in Southeastern Minnesota.

Mutual insurance companies are owned by their policy holders who elect members of their communities as officers and board members, giving all policyholders a voice in the functions of the company.

 is scheduled for MARCH 9, 2024 @ St. Marks Lutheran church in Randolph, MN  12:00pm - Lunch - meeting to follow.

Nominations for the Board of Directors must be submitted to the company office no later than 5 days prior to the Annual Meeting date.
